New Media Being Used in Health Care Presentation
Health information technology is rapidly developing and expanding. New media, such as virtual worlds and mobile devices, are being utilized for a variety of purposes, including education and training, changing health behaviors, and monitoring health status. Dr. Lois Ritter, a Research Manager at WRMA, will be co-presenting on using new media in telehealth at the American Telemedicine Association conference in San Antonio in May 2010.
