Our nation's most vulnerable children are the very young. WRMA's mission of being dedicated to improving the lives of children and families has often focused on children younger than school age or in grades K-3. We currently are conducting two major evaluations of early childhood experience and are addressing the critical issue of monitoring improper child care subsidy payments. In addition we are helping to design a comprehensive approach for developing statewide child care systems.
