Information Technology and Knowledge Management
WRMA has established an impressive track record for our services in information systems and knowledge management. WRMA staff have built client assessment, case management, and program and performance monitoring information systems for federal, state, local, and community-based organizations and agencies; using information and communications technology to develop human capacity, convert raw data to information and knowledge, integrate and coordinate client services and programs, and communicate with varied audiences.

Strategic Organizational Improvement Studies
WRMA has developed strategic, tactical, long-range, and multi-year plans for public and private non-profit organizations. These plans have identified needs, desired outcomes, system capacity, and service delivery system strategies. These plans also have connected the contracting agency or organization's mission and vision to specific service strategies within operating programs. Each plan has been free standing and visionary and has provided a disciplined method of thinking through the critical issues concerning the contracting organization's future.

National Data Reporting Systems
For more than a decade, WRMA has been involved in the design, development, implementation and operation of national data collection and reporting systems. Dissemination methods for national data have included publication of annual reports by the Government Printing Office, posting on the Internet, and via regional and national conferences where our staff have given presentations.
