WRMA is a leader in the evaluation of behavioral health programs. For over a decade, WRMA has been a part of the national evaluation of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and their Families Program (CMHI). The CMHI program provides grants and cooperative agreements to create, improve, and expand systems of care. These critical care systems are designed to meet the special needs of children and adolescents with serious emotional or mental disorders. WRMA collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data culminating in our annual Report to Congress, which highlights gaps and recommends strategies to strengthen State and Federal mental health policy and local program development across the nation.
